TANG SOO

Tang Soo do teaches all fighting systems from stand up and boxing to ground fighting, self-defence, forms, sparring, championships and weapons. Tang Soo do is a traditional martial art dating back some 2000 years. Within our system we teach Subak (Korean ground fighting) and Taekkyon (Korean street fighting). Both of these ancient Korean martial arts styles teach practitioners hand strikes, foot strikes, joint locks, and even head butts. We also teach all the traditional forms of Tang Soo Do with a grading system held each month in London or twice a year in South Wales. Our instructors are all trained by the most senior Grandmaster in Tang Soo do (Grandmaster K U Lee).

If you would like to try a class you are most welcome. Anyone from age 4 to adult can just come along to Llandough War Memorial hall on, Mondays at 6.30pm to 7.30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30PM or Sundays at 3PM.  Tiny Tigers Tang Soo is held on Monday (5.30pm to 6.30pm) and on Wednesday (5.30pm to 6.30pm).
